Epsom salt vs. Sea salt

Is there a difference between epsom salt and sea salt?
I did not know that there is a difference between the two until I look it up. These salts have different types of chemical composition. Epsom salt contains mineral compound of magnesium and sulfate; which is great  for healthy benefits, while sea salt contains mainly sodium chloride, which dries your skin. So, if you are making a DIY beauty product, you would be better off by using epsom salt than sea salt. Check out how to make bath bombs with epsom salt here.

instructions:
  1. Mix the baking soda, citric acid and the corn starch together in a bowl. Make sure there is no clumps; sieve to get a more uniform size.
  2. Add the olive oil to the mixture along with other optional stuff.
  3. Mix it well. The mixture should hold together when you pressed it in your hand.
  4. If so, you can pack it into the moulds. Make sure you pack it tightly. PS: u can use any molds of any size as u please. Be creative!
  5. Wait until the mixtures are completely dry before taking them out to prevent them from breaking and/or reacting with the moisture in the air.
